‘Together for active civil society – ACT’ is a project funded by the Swiss Government focused on the active civil society with increased citizens’ participation in the decision making process, on a local level in particular. ACT is implemented by two NGOs: Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and Civil initiatives. ACT project is made up of 3 pillars: 1 grants; 2 capacity building and resilience, and 3 community base strengthening. The first phase is to be implemented in the period between 1st October 2019 and 30th September 2023.
